7. Significant marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the website through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing for the customization of advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the website, which may create an illusion that the user’s personal data is being used for tracking. However, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled support for cookie files.
  3. The operator uses Facebook pixel technology. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a particular registered user is using the Service. In this case, it is based on data for which the operator is the administrator. The operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  4. The operator uses a solution to analyze user behavior by creating heatmaps and recording interactions on the website. This information is anonymized before being transmitted to the service operator, so they do not know which specific individual it pertains to. Specifically, passwords and other personal data are not subject to recording.
  5. The operator utilizes a solution to automate the operation of the Service concerning users, for example, it can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.

8. Cookie Information

  1. The service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and accessing them is the operator of the Service.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. Maintaining the user session of the Service (after logging in), allowing the user not to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Service;
    2. Achieving the goals defined above in the “Significant marketing techniques” section.
  5. Within the Service, two main types of cookies are used: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session cookies” are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). “Persistent cookies” are stored on the User’s end device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. Web browsing software (web browser) typically allows storing cookies on the User’s end device by default. Users of the Service can change settings in this regard. The web browser enables the deletion of cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic is available in the help or documentation of the web browser.
  7. Limitations on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s websites.
  8. Cookies placed on the end device of the Service User may also be used by entities cooperating with the operator of the Service, in particular, this applies to companies such as Google (Google Inc. based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. based in the USA).
