Industrial production often entails special requirements and custom machine designs. That’s why at Contrologic, we design and manufacture special constructions for automating production processes. What’s our solution here? Everything! One of the client’s products is plastering spatulas. Manual production, involving cutting, measuring, and welding the sheet metal, consumed valuable time. Low efficiency – a significant #issue. However, our team is a treasure trove of ideas, with interdisciplinary skills and open minds. This isn’t the first automatic machine we’ve built from scratch. #Result? Station efficiency increased by 3 times!

This is another one of our #solutions for capacitor discharge stud welding. But that’s not all! The challenge involved integrating additional functions.
The machine simultaneously laser engraves markings on the sheet metal and automatically retrieves material from the magazine. And that’s the #result. Once again, significantly increased #production efficiency.
Acceleration and increased precision
The manual feeding and cutting of polystyrene shapes, used to protect the client’s product packaging, was too slow compared to the line’s potential efficiency. The cumulative loss of production units over the year resulted in a costly #issue. Contrologic’s #solution? Yet another machine completely designed and manufactured in our company. From the loaded polystyrene shapes into the hopper, with the help of a properly secured knife, the polystyrene shape is cut and fed onto the conveyor belt faster and more accurately!
